Programme Manager - Office Move 

Brooke is an international animal welfare charity dedicated to improving the lives of working horses, donkeys and mules. Operating in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East, we reach over 1.8 million working horses, donkeys and mules – more than any other organisation. We employ around 900 staff worldwide, including vets, animal welfare experts and development specialists. Around 110 of our staff are based in our London office, Friars Bridge Court, in Southwark.

Brooke is relocating its London office and seeking to appoint a Programme Manager who will report to the Director of Finance and Information Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end process that would see Brooke being fully operational in a new, tailor-made office by September 2019.

To successfully deliver on the role requirements the candidate will have previous experience of office relocation and the technical capability to effortlessly navigate between project management, change management and programme management.

To excel in this role you will be a skilled communicator, able to manage the competing interests of several groups, building consensus and designing a blueprint for change.

Corporate Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a highly proactive, ambitious and experienced individual to be responsible for leading Brooke’s new corporate fundraising strategy, developing new transformational corporate partnerships and maximising income from our current partners

You’ll really get to put your stamp on things and work closely with Brooke’s CEO, the senior leadership team and an impressive board of international trustees.

The role requires someone with strong business development, proposal writing and relationship management skills coupled with experience of approaching and building strategic fundraising partnerships from scratch.

With a strong understanding of the Corporate Social Responsibility agenda and IOF guidelines the role requires someone who can work autonomously and has experience utilising senior stakeholders, both internal and external, to build long-term effective fundraising partnerships.
