We can only respond to reports of horses, donkeys and mules in need of assistance if the animals are in one of the countries where we operate. If you contact us about a specific animal, we will need its exact location, a thorough description of what it looks like and a summary of what the problem appears to be before we can attempt to locate it.

If you have seen an animal in distress in a country we don't operate in, please visit World Federation for Animals to locate a charity working in that area who may be able to assist.

Manage your donation

If you donated to Brooke after the 20th May 2025 you can download receipts for these donations by logging into the donor portal.

If you set up a recurring donation after the 20th May 2025, you can use the donor portal to:

• Change your donation amount
• Change the donation instalment date
• Change your payment method

Please note:

• To access the donor portal please use the email you used when donating.
• Donations made before 20th May 2025 will not be visible.
• If you're supporting Brooke with a Direct Debit gift set up before 20th May 2025 and your bank account has changed, please contact your bank who will be able to make these changes for you.
• The donor portal does not show donations made over the phone or by cheque.
