Contact us

You may find the answer to your question or query on our frequently asked questions page. If you can't find what you are looking for, there are several ways to get in touch with us.

Concerned about an animal?

We can only respond to reports of horses, donkeys and mules in need of assistance if the animals are in one of the countries where we operate. If you contact us about a specific animal, we will need its exact location, a thorough description of what it looks like and a summary of what the problem appears to be before we can attempt to locate it.

If you have seen an animal in distress in a country we don't operate in, please visit World Animal Net to locate a charity working in that area who may be able to assist.
