Brooke is committed to providing excellent supporter care to our loyal donors, by responding promptly to all queries and requests. However, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic will affect our work in the coming weeks and months and it may take longer than usual for us to get back to you.
Concerned about an animal?
We can only respond to reports of horses, donkeys and mules in need of assistance if the animals are in one of the countries where we operate. If you contact us about a specific animal, we will need its exact location, a thorough description of what it looks like and a summary of what the problem appears to be before we can attempt to locate it.
If you have seen an animal in distress in a country we don't operate in, please visit World Animal Net to locate a charity working in that area who may be able to assist.
