Following a comprehensive strategic review, we have recently launched an ambitious 5 year global strategy with increased focus on organisation wide Planning and Performance as we devolve more operational responsibility to our international field teams. This new Directorate will strengthen our ability to demonstrate the impact of our work within an effective multi-year planning framework and appropriate levels of accountability. This is a fresh opportunity for a seasoned professional in this arena to join us and help shape this key function to align with our new strategy.
This role will work to assist the Director of Fundraising & Communications and the various Heads of the Fundraising & Communications Department in the fulfilment of routine requests, organise all travel arrangements for the team, arrange and service the Fundraising & Communications Director, Heads of Teams & the wider team in meetings and seminars. This role will involve coordination of team meetings as required, taking minutes/ noting action points raised and supporting the Fundraising & Communications team to comply with financial and budgetary procedures to ensure the smooth running of financial transactions.
This new role will work under the supervision of the Head of Region to support the London-based regional teams in the management of country programmes. The role will help to support key processes and the development of systems, and ensure key information is stored on shared systems and available to all parts of the organisation as required. This role will involve the co-ordination of team activities, undertake key cross-regional tasks, and other administrative duties to support the effectiveness of the regional team.
This is a new role in Brooke UK’s Advocacy Team and it is being created to support the organisation’s increased focus on advocacy in the countries where we work, in line with our new International Strategy. The Advocacy Advisor will primarily be responsible for supporting a number of country programmes in the development and implementation of their advocacy strategies. They will also have a key role in monitoring and evaluating the impact of our national level advocacy work.
