Supporter Care Officer (6 months fixed term contract)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Supporter Care superstar who enjoys and has demonstrable experience working in a fast paced customer care environment. It is a busy and varied position that will involve dealing with supporters and the general public on the telephone, responding to emails and letters, processing donations and delivering a range of administrative tasks to support our fundraising activities.
International Influencing Advisor (Maternity Cover - up to 12 month’s fixed term contract)
We are recruiting for an International Influencing Adviser to implement its Institutional Advocacy Strategy. This position plays a critical role in strengthening and developing the Brooke’s high-level advocacy with a particular focus on international institutions (FAO, EC, OIE). In particular, the Adviser will strategically contribute to policy discussions and processes, with a view to promoting linkages between working equine animals and wider development issues such as gender and livelihoods. They will also work with the Communications Team to ensure that our international advocacy is adequately reflected and promoted in resources and materials.
