"A few months ago I saw a television advertisement for the Brooke and to be truthful it made me very emotional… At that point I vowed to raise some funds for the organisation helping animals in distress wherever I could."
Raise money your way!
Thank you so much for choosing to raise vital funds for Brooke. You may already have an idea of what you want to do, but here are some extra ideas you can consider:
Bake for Brooke
Everyone loves tea and cake, so why not host a 'High Teas for Gee Gees' party for your friends and family and make a difference to the lives of working horses, donkeys and mules and the families who depend on them?
Host a dinner party or ball
Gather your friends and family together for a dinner party. Cook them a delicious home-cooked meal and ask them to donate what they would have spent on a takeaway to Brooke. Or, if you're looking to host a bigger event, why not consider a ball for Brooke?
Everyone has creative potential. Whether you’ve always enjoyed arts and crafts, or are keen to give it a go – now’s the time to get creative and do good at the same time.
Sell your old stuff at a jumble, car boot sale or online with Brooke-a-Brac.
Walk or trek by yourself, with friends or join others in an organised adventure. Or, why not set yourself a step challenge and get sponsored to do so?
