UK events

Would you like to attend a fundraising event held in aid of the Brooke? We would love you to support us, just click on the appropriate region of the map to find out where and when individual and group events will be taking place near you.

Organising an event of your own

Do you fancy taking part in a sponsored ride, organising a garden party, shaving your head, running a marathon, doing a cake bake, holding a quiz night, or doing something else that interests you to help raise funds in aid of the Brooke? If the answer is yes, then you have come to the right place!

Whatever you decide to do (providing it is safe and legal of course!), we will support, help and encourage you with your planned fundraising event. We can provide you with a variety of materials to help make your event a huge success, such as leaflets, bunting, posters, collecting tins, rosettes, and much more. Have a look at the documents in the 'Downloads' box to the left for fundraising tips and ideas, and some legal considerations that you may need to be aware of when planning your event.

If you are planning on organising a sponsored event, you might like to set up a 'justgiving' web page. This will allow people to sponsor you easily by donating money online - it means that you can track how much you have been sponsored, who's sponsored you, and you can even personalise the page with a photo and a message! For more information, please see the justgiving page on this website.

The events team would love to hear from you about any fundraising ideas that you may have, and are more than happy to offer advice and guidance, so please call 020 7653 5812 or email community@thebrooke.org

Joining a Supporter Group

The Brooke has 35 fundraising groups based across the UK, working to raise money within their local communities. Each Supporter Group organises and holds fundraising events throughout the year, and between them they raise tens of thousands of pounds annually for the Brooke's work. With the hard work and commitment of these dedicated groups we are able to help even more suffering horses, donkeys and mules and the poor communities who rely upon them. We think these groups are amazing and are so grateful for their loyal support.

If you would like to get involved with a Supporter Group near you, or to attend their fundraising events, please get in touch with the group leader directly, you can find their details in the 'Brooke Supporter Groups Contact Details' document.

Alternatively please call 0207 653 5826 or email community@thebrooke.org for more information or if you would like to set up a Supporter Group of your own.
