Guatemala Team

Luis Tamayac joined ESAP/the Brooke in August 2006 and trained as a Risk Assessor. He now works as Director to Brooke's partner organisation in Guatemala, ESAP. Though ESAP are not currently carrying out Risk Assessment work they will be building it into future plans. Luis has a marketing and management background and worked for Purina as product manager of several animal feed lines, including horses.  Luis enjoys swimming, reading and writing. 

Mario Sapón has a bachelor degree in business administration.
Prior to working for ESAP, he was the quality control manager for Paul Ecke de Guatemala international poinsettias exporter. In 2005 Mario became one of the founders of ESAP, and in October of the same year began working as Operations and Financial Manager. He is now also a support risk assessor.
