Dr Cyril joined The Brooke in December 2000 with a Bachelors degree in veterinary science. Cyril has vast experience in equine husbandry and management and is also a keen rider. He is based in India but travels for the Brooke quite frequently both within India and abroad.
In 2008, Cyril successfully completed the Animal behaviour and welfare MSc at Edinburgh University. |
 | | | Dr S. F. Zaman – Risk Assessment Team Leader
Zaman joined the Brooke in June 2000 as a Veterinary Officer. Before that he graduated from Assam Agricultural University (BVSC) and obtained a postgraduate (MVPH) qualification in veterinary public health from Calcutta University. As well as his interest in equine animals, Zaman has a passion for Information Technology. |
 | | | Dr. Mini Manilal – Community Interaction Specialist
Dr. Mini is from Kerela but was born and brought up in Delhi. Her father was a veterinarian so Mini has always been interested in the profession. Mini joined the Brooke in 1999 and is married to Dr. Manilal, who also works for the Brooke. They have one son.

 | | | Dr. S. R. Thanammal – Data Management Specialist
Dr. S.R.Thanammal joined the Brooke in May 2000 after graduating from Tamilnadu Veterinary And Animal Sciences University, Chennai. She has been an ardent rider since her college times and has represented the University twice at Republic Day camp and won Gold Medal in Dressage and Jumping competitions. To become a vet and work with equines is a dream come true for her. For the past six years she has devoted herself to the treatment and welfare of equines. Presently she is based in New Delhi, India.

 | | | Mr. Bhagwan Singh – Support Risk Assessor
Mr Bhagwan has completed twelve standards. He is from Uttarakhand which is the most northern part of India. He joined Brooke-India in September 2005 as a driver. From the very beginning he helped with risk assessment, firstly as an assistant and since early in 2007, as support staff.

 | | | Mr. Ahmad Azeem – Support Risk Assessor
Mr Ahmad Azeem has completed a Master degree in social work (MSW) from Jamia Milia University. He Joined Brooke-India in August 2004 as a Community Facilitator. Besides community work, he has worked as Manager of Moradabad. He is a trained welfare assessor and also received training for the Brooke lameness study. Before joining the Brooke, he worked for the welfare of working, underprivileged children. |
