 | | | Having spent six years in veterinary practice in Britain and New Zealand, Richard worked for the New Zealand government in the Fiji Islands before returning to the UK to study Tropical Veterinary Medicine at Edinburgh University. Since the 1970s, Richard has worked extensively in veterinary services overseas, including Jordan, Syria, Indonesia, North Yemen and Bhutan. Prior to retirement Richard was Jordan Country Director for SPANA and worked on the Foot and Mouth Disease Programme in Cumbria.
Richard became a Trustee in 2002. He is a member of the Nominations Committee and a board member of Brooke Pakistan. |
