| Jasmijn de Boo joined the Brooke in November 2008 as maternity cover for Amanda Childs. She is also an Associate Examiner for the Royal Veterinary College Distance Learning course on Animal Welfare.
Previously, Jasmijn was the Education Programmes Manager for the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA) for four years. Jasmijn has a background in animal welfare science (BSc (Hons); MSc.) and education (teaching experience and qualification). Before joining WSPA Jasmijn was active in the field of alternatives to animals in education and research for nearly four years.
Jasmijn used to ride and care for horses as a teenager.
Jasmijn works to coordinate the risk assessment work and build the capacity of our in-country teams in Asia: India Team and Pakistan Team. |
