Tania DennisonTania Dennison - Head of Welfare Assessment

Tania has been working with Brooke since August 2004.  During this time she has been fortunate enough to work with the committed and enthusiastic team of in-country welfare assessors and has been involved in welfare assessments in many of the areas where Brooke works.  Enjoyable parts of her job include working with the dedicated local Brooke staff overseas and meeting animal owners, most of whom are proud of their horse, donkeys and mules and are keen to have them assessed.  As an RCVS Certificate holder in Animal Welfare Science, Ethics and Law she enjoys passing on her knowledge to colleagues both in the UK and overseas and relating the story of the ‘time when she shared a lift in Pakistan with Angelina Jolie’.

Rebecca MaudlingRebecca Kate Maudling - Welfare Assessment Support Manager

Rebecca graduated with distinction from Bristol Veterinary School in 2001. Having worked in mixed practice in the UK she decided to change career direction and to pursue her interest in international development. In 2006 she was awarded an MSc in Environment & Development with distinction and joined the Brooke as Welfare Assessment Support Manager in 2007. Rebecca is excited to have a job which combines both her veterinary and development interests.
