| "I am delighted to be the President of the Brooke Hospital for Animals. I was first introduced to this wonderful British charity a few years ago at a fundraising event in Scotland, and since then have followed its course with great interest.
My husband and I have been lucky enough to have visited some of the Brooke's projects on our travels abroad. We have visited their clinic in Cairo and a project in the earthquake area of Pakistan, where the Brooke team has done such vital work.
I very much look forward to seeing much more of the Brooke in the future, and in the meantime I wish all of you involved the very best for the incredible work you do to make life better for these otherwise neglected and mistreated animals."
