Rachel Eager - Risk Assessment Support Manager

Rachel joined the Brooke in April 2007 as Risk Assessment Support Manager. Rachel works to ensure that the high quality of Risk Assessment work across all the countries is maintained by developing Quality Assurance protocols for Risk Assessment work. She also assists Amanda in the development and capacity building of the project. Rachel has a BSc in Zoology, an MSc in Animal Behaviour and Welfare and recently gained a PhD in equine pain behaviour from Edinburgh University. Rachel enjoys riding and training horses, especially horses with behavioural problems, along with travelling and scuba diving.

Rachel is responsible for supporting the Risk Assessment teams in Africa, Middle East and Central America: Egypt Team, Guatemala Team, Kenya Team and Ethiopian Team.
