The world in which we work is unlikely to change in the foreseeable future.
The Brooke Hospital for Animals aims to provide knowledge and expertise where the need is greatest. We will do this not only by expanding the charity but also by expanding our collaboration with animal owners and other organisations in places we couldn’t reach by ourselves. Collaboration guarantees understanding, co-operation and ultimate independence. Sustainability means freedom – freedom from suffering for the animals, freedom from dependence on the Brooke by their owners and, importantly, freedom for the Brooke to move on and make a difference to the lives of the next million suffering horses and donkeys. A gift in your will promised now can help sustain our future and their freedom.
You, too, can make a difference
You could play an important part in our future. The Brooke will continue to rely greatly on being included in wills. Around half our voluntary income is received this way. If you know that, when the time comes and you no longer need your worldly wealth, a portion of it has been safely promised to the Brooke, then you also know that you can and you will really make a difference.
Tidy up the loose ends
Take the opportunity to put your life in order: review your position; count your blessings; count your assets. Then consider your family, your friends and your favourite charities.
